Yet another ripper, Ravishanker. The detailing of the female character in the cartoon was the best part of this one. I loved how you had tear drops on her cheeks in the image that captures the dog’s imagination. Another detail that was spot on was the titled head of the waiter, that suggested a deferential pose. Superb! Osiris’ face, of course, was really well-done. Really appreciate your dogged (pun intended!) determination to continue the pets series. Keep them coming!
Like everyone when you set out to create gags for a particular theme, you tend to discard all ideas but one – for instance the apathy of Indian Athletic officials in Rio – I had other gag ides for that but given time and resource constraints you (rightly) tend to discard most of the ideas and go with the best one –
Right you are ! And spot on regarding where I took more time , for instance, the woman’s pose.
That was difficult – I cant afford models !
Come to think of it – its more important to be an actor than a “drawer” so that you can dream up the pose that would be most suitable and then it becomes easier to execute.

–> Why am I humming, “Veshamakaara Kannan…pollaatha veshamakaara kannan!”
Good one
